Clear expectations for using Freedom Builders.
These terms distinguish Freedom Builders education from independent opportunities, regulated services, and individual business decisions.
1. Acceptance
By using a Freedom Builders International LLC website or requesting its materials, you agree to these terms and any additional terms presented for a specific service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Education and opportunity exploration
Freedom Builders provides entrepreneurial education, relationship-centered support, and information that may help people evaluate independent opportunities. Requesting education does not enroll you in an opportunity. Choosing, joining, purchasing from, or promoting an opportunity requires your own decision and may be governed by separate third-party terms.
3. No professional advice
Our general content is educational and informational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, medical, or insurance advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.
4. No earnings or results guarantee
We do not promise income, profit, business growth, financial freedom, or any other result. Outcomes depend on many factors, including skill, effort, costs, market conditions, timing, and risk. Testimonials or examples, if presented, are not guarantees and must be accompanied by the disclosures required for the specific context.
5. Independent third parties
Opportunities, products, platforms, and service providers featured through Freedom Builders are operated by independent third parties unless expressly stated otherwise. Their offerings, claims, contracts, compensation plans, policies, availability, and performance are their responsibility. You should conduct your own due diligence before making a commitment.
6. Referral relationships
David Francis, Sheila Francis, Freedom Builders International LLC, or an affiliated party may receive referral, affiliate, sales, or other compensation if you act through certain links or introductions. A relevant relationship should be disclosed near the recommendation or invitation. Compensation does not change your price unless stated.
7. Regulated services
Insurance and other regulated products or services may be discussed only for educational purposes unless they are offered by a person who is properly licensed and authorized in the applicable jurisdiction. Freedom Builders International LLC does not represent that it is an insurance carrier, broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm, or accounting firm.
8. Acceptable use and content
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use our content or systems for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity. Unless otherwise stated, Freedom Builders owns or licenses the site content and branding. You may not reproduce or commercially distribute them without permission.
9. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Freedom Builders disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on third-party opportunities.
